My health was deteriorating. My traveling job required me to eat on the road. Although I tried to choose healthy foods, I could not eat enough to provide the nutrients necessary for all of my health issues. I was diagnosed with several illnesses such as osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, arthrosis in both knees, and incontinence. Every day I took a handful of pills which included a hormonal medication and joint treatment medication. I was constantly gaining weight. All of the nutritional inefficiencies and health issues led to a vicious cycle of constant fatigue.

After beginning the Chinese Herbal Food program, my first realization was that I had been confusing the hunger thoughts with what was a desire for water. My energy level gave me, for the first time in my life, the desire to exercise. I was able to maintain the consistency needed for success as I traveled and I began to see how it was perfect for my lifestyle.

The physical changes of glowing and soft skin, loss of water retention, higher posture, loss of joint pain, and weight loss led to my overall feeling of power over my life. I began making changes towards a healthier lifestyle that were easy and simple to do. To this day, I remain consistent with the products because I know that once I had been given the proper tools and education, I am now responsible for my health.

I was on a very high dose of thyroid medication and hormone replacement therapy and had to pay high health insurance just so I could keep getting refills. After 2 months of starting the herbal food program, I am off the thyroid and HRT. I have lost 3 dress sizes! My hair is shiny and I don't lose as much hair when showering.
