__My health was deteriorating. My traveling job required me to eat on the road. Although I tried to choose healthy foods, I could not eat enough to provide the nutrients necessary for all of my health issues. I was diagnosed with several illnesses such as osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, arthrosis in both knees, and incontinence. Every day I took a handful of pills which included a hormonal medication and joint treatment medication. I was constantly gaining weight.
